Production and processing

Our cleaning system is equipped with X-ray technology, stone detectors and metal separators enabling our customers the opportunity of having their goods cleaned of foreign bodies. Sensors in these react to any metal fragments, rejecting these instantly. Air separation filters out the tiniest contaminants such as jute and sisal fibres, paper and polyester remnants, as well as shell fragments.

Cleaning plant

Cleaning plant: Our state-of-the-art cleaning unit enables us to cleanse your wares of such foreign bodies as stones, glass or metals and infestation.
Tubular bag machine

A further investment offers the opportunity to mix produce and re-pack in small quantities of 1 to 5 kgs.
Vacuum machine

The less air there is inside a vacuum bag, the longer produce remains fresh.
Mixer

Whether grains or bakery seeds – these are re-mixed here. Our mixer produces your individual mixtures, such as five- or six-grain mixtures required by bakeries.
Multi-functional re-bagger

This unit can do far more than re-bag, offering you such additional services as cleaning or mixing that you can select as you wish in order to meet your requirements.
Re-bagger

We bag your goods in new packs, from the smallest to bulk packs.
