Cleaning plant: Our state-of-the-art cleaning unit enables us to cleanse your wares of such foreign bodies as stones, glass or metals and infestation, so that we achieve virtually 100% cleanliness of raw produce. Depending on the goods, or the type of contamination of raw produce, we can adjust our machine individually to the problem you face. Many leading food traders have already been using our plant and experience for years now.
The produce to be cleaned is removed from sacks or big bags and transported to the raw produce silos.
The raw produce is cleansed of slight contaminants such as, e.g. skins, stems, husk particles. With the aid of airflow, the produce is sorted by specific weight.
Such large foreign bodies as, e.g. stones are removed on the first lane. On the next, small foreign bodies like glass splinters fall away. We adjust sieve hole size to the raw produce.
Using compressed air, here the produce is shifted into a state of suspense and simultaneously thrown in one direction by shaking. Light foreign bodies like infestation are sorted out on one side, and heavy ones like stones on the other.
The cleanliness of the goods is checked by our new X-ray system. With the help of a scanner, stones, glass splinters, metals and plastics can be detected and sorted out from the material flow.
The metal separator sorts metals plus certain precious metals out of the goods. The tiniest metal fragments remain hanging on the magnet.
With our optimally set scales, we can always fill the correct weight, whether into sacks or big bags.
After the produce has completed the cleaning process, it is shifted by conveyor into a silo and from there into the automatic bagging & weighing unit. The finished and weighed item is, for example, packed in, and/or stretched on, bags, sacks or big bags laid on Europallets. The packs can be prepared by us and labelled as the customer requires.
